Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: October 2026
Our Core Privacy Commitment
ClaimItAll operates on a non-custodial, zero-data-selling philosophy. We believe consumer tools should protect you, not harvest your digital footprint. We never sell your personal information, track you across the web, or collect sensitive financial credentials.
1. Non-Custodial Architecture (What We Do NOT Collect)
Unlike traditional legal middlemen or contingency aggregators, ClaimItAll never asks for or stores:
- Zero Social Security Numbers (SSNs): Official settlement claim forms that require an SSN are filled directly by you on third-party court administrator servers.
- Zero Bank Account / Routing Credentials: We never handle or process your settlement check deposits.
- Zero Credit Card Information: We do not store payment card credentials on our servers.
2. Information We Collect
When you create an account to track settlement opportunities, we only retain the minimal information necessary to deliver our service:
- Account Credentials: Your email address, name, and hashed authentication token (managed securely via Supabase Auth).
- Geographic Location (State / Region): Used exclusively to filter state-specific class action settlements and utility energy rebates.
- Saved Claim Bookmarks: Records of which claims, rebates, or privacy opt-outs you have saved to your personal dashboard vault.
3. Automatic 60-Minute Session Protection
To protect your private bookmarks if you step away from a public, work, or family computer, ClaimItAll automatically signs out inactive sessions after 60 minutes of zero user activity (mouse movements, keystrokes, scrolling, or screen touches).
4. Your Right to Permanent Deletion
You maintain total ownership of your data. You may navigate to Settings → Delete Account at any time. When triggered, our servers permanently erase your user profile and all associated claim bookmarks from our database immediately.
5. Third-Party Links & Settlement Portals
Our service provides direct links to official settlement administrators (e.g., Kroll, Angeion Group, Epiq Systems) and government agencies. When you navigate to an external claims website, your interactions are governed by that entity's independent privacy policy and court-supervised rules.
6. Contact Our Privacy Team
If you have inquiries regarding your personal data or privacy rights under CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, or state consumer protection acts, please contact us at privacy@claimitall.app.
